The Basics When it Comes to Wild Game Processing at Schrupp’s Meats

We Accept Trimmings

TRIMMINGS: We will be accepting clean boneless deer trimmings for the 2021-2022 season this year. Trimmings must be clean, free of hair and blood clots, and must have license numbers.

*SAUSAGE: We do all of our venison sausages as separate batches – a minimum of 10-15 lbs. is needed per batch except for venison bacon, which is a minimum of 4 lbs.

Sausage is made on a first come first serve basis. Please wait for our phone call for finished sausage and allow one to four months. We will call you when your order is ready and it is best if we have both your home and work numbers.

*We charge you for the finished weight of product on sausage. However, jerky, snack sticks and dried product are charged by raw weight.

Order Pick Up

We have limited storage space available; therefore all orders need to be picked up within one week of notification. A weekly storage fee will be charged unless other arrangements are made in advance.
